Besides the 2010 Suzuki Kizashi Platinum Edition by Road Race Motorsport, SEMA Show will also see the 2010 Suzuki Kizashi by Delta Tech Engineering. This new vehicle features a RK Sport-developed body kit, custom seating by Katzkin, Koni coilovers and shocks while Delta Tech made its job under the hood where it added a cold air intake and performance exhausts.

As you may know already on November 3 the annual SEMA Show will open its gates and it appears that Suzuki is ready to present some custom 2010 Kizashi sedans. 360SEE , a gallery in Chicago, Illinois that features art, furniture and sustainable design, have sent us photos of the Eleanor Seating by Jesse Hooker. Jesse Hooker has created a matching settee “Eleanor” and bench “Eleanor B” made from thick slab antique yellow pine and an original reconditioned rear seat and upholstery from a 1969 Ford Mustang fastback. Hooker matched all of the wood grain from the salvaged slabs to create a modern, clean lined piece that gives reference to the handcrafted marriage of the constructed bench and classic car upholstery.

2002 Mustang GT for sale 97k miles…5spd…Leather..K&N Cold Air Intake System…Flowmaster Exhaust…Sharp Car. Reason for selling is I want a truck. The interior of the car is spectacular. Only thing wrong with the car is the CD player..the CDs are stuck in it and will not play or eject. The rest of the radio still works. This is a typical problem with this model of Ford factory radios. I would replace it but I figure whoever buys it will just put an aftermarket in it anyway.

I have a 2001 red convertible deluxe Mustang for sell for 6000 OBO. It has a 3.8 Liter V6 Engine. I recently smogged it and it passed without any problems. The car has 75,000 miles on it and runs excellent. The car has an upgraded ford Mach 460 sound system that includes upgraded speakers and a 6-disc CD changer. The top, tires, and interior are in very good condition. This car also has a stock optional paint job, which includes pin stripes, and the Mustang word is colored gold on the rear bumper.

I have a set of 15? factory Taurus/Sable aluminum rims and tires. The rims are in good shape and so are 3 of the tires. The fourth has a 1? strip of tread missing on the inside part of the tread. The all hold air and none of them match. Need an extra set so you can save your good ones from the salt? The flash from the camera makes the tires look bad. They DO need cleaned, and they’re not new, but they are better than the picture shows.

Flamming River manual rack/pinion & steering shaft. Stock 8.8 posi diff.. Trunk mounted battery with cables & fuel line ran to the front. Dash has been gutted to the shell. Ford expects to return to profitability in 2011, according to Ford President and CEO Alan Mulally who spoke with just-auto. This statement given by Mulally only fuels speculation that Ford’s Q3 financial results will beat analyst expectations. He said that the company is on a “very sound financial footing right now.”Ford now has sufficient liquidity and it has reduced its cash-burn significantly. Mulally said that the company is investing in new vehicles to make the finest quality, highest fuel efficiency vehicles.

I’m sure this has been said during every era of automotive history at one point or another. Perhaps not during the mid-seventies, but otherwise technology continues to march on, and everything continues to get better.  And the way it is now, and the way it’s going to be soon, is easily as good as it’s ever been.  Even though the news seems to be overwhelmingly negative these days with regards to the automotive industry, (anyone know any companies with increased sales and healthy numbers lately?) this only really has a little to do with the products themselves and more with the overall condition of the economy as it stands.

For various reasons, foremost of which is the dollar-yen exchange rate, Mazda Motor Corp. is considering transferring more of its manufacturing base offshore. Mazda CEO Takashi Yamanouchi said that this move would better protect the company against currency swings.Since the dollar has continued to weaken against the yen, Mazda’s fortunes in dollar-denominated markets are suffering. So far, Mazda has made no decisions. Yamanouchi hesitated to give further details, citing the “quiet period” before Mazda’s $1.1 billion public stock offering.

By Calvin Hastings NASCAR  team owner and legend Jack Roush made an appearance last Wednesday night at Keeter Ford in Shelby.   Hundreds of people showed up for autographs and a glimpse at the NASCAR Legend.  Keeter Ford made everyone feel welcome with refreshments and memorabilia.   Eric and Sophie Alary of St. Michel, Canada made the trip in their  Jack Roush signed  2008 Roush  427 Mustang they purchased from Keeter Ford last year.   The drive took 17 hours and the couple planned to stay the week and attend the race in Charlotte.

DRIV3R, also known as Driver 3, is a video-game created by Reflections Interactive and published by Atari. AACA shows are always an eye-opener. You tell me, Ford have always seemed somewhat reluctant to drop this beast on us properly. Tell me Ford, is it the fact that motoring shows love them even though they’ll make the odd comment about the handling round a corner? (To that I say: don’t try taking corners at 60mph) Is it the fact that we loved and gobbled up the Ford GT so much?

2009 Dodge Challenger A 1970s era muscle car is back and modernized for 21st century driving. For a ten year period that began during the mid-1960s, a new segment of automobile reigned — muscle cars – loosely defined as rear wheel driven, intermediate sized, two door coupes with an emphasis on performance. Ford is credited with fueling this sector when its 1964½ Mustang was introduced, with General Motors, Chrysler, and American Motors following suit with their own models.

A new top-of-the-range Titanium spec model has been added to the Mondeo Econetic range — the Ford Mondeo Titanium 2.0 115PS TDCi. Similar to the regular Econetic model, the car also gets the 113bhp 2.0 TDCi engine that boasts to have CO2 emissions of 139g/km and combined fuel economy of 54.3mpg. It has standard features that are found on the regular Titanium Mondeo, but with the addition of Econetic tweaks. A set of 16-inch lightweight alloys are standard, with the option of 17s.

Some of you may know that I am kind of a fan of driving (although I detest Nascar), and though I haven’t driven too many powerful cars, I still love to dream. I would love to save my money for another 44 years so that I can get a 100th anniversary edition of the Chevy Corvette (if Chevy is still around that is). So, I thought I’d compile a list of my favorite cars.

Looking for a project Mustang. 88-93 Coupe, color doesn’t matter, needs decent interior with stock suspension. I have motor, trans, just needs to be mobile for transportation purposes. (front suspension and rear-end etc.) Title, no title, either will work as long as the car’s not stolen, will run VIN through DMV before taking delivery. I have a 1993 Hatchback with no title, was bought as parts car, still 100% together. It’s time to get this project going and this is not the car for me, I would rather have a coupe.
